The first rule of 6 pack club is we don't obsess on the 6 pack! Wait, what? I know, I know, that sounds so wrong! But the reality is that the number one thing stopping people from getting those nice six pack abs is not their ab workout. Most likely if you have any kind of decent ab workout you are already on your way to or have a 6 pack.
For one thing, I'll bet you've always been told to focus almost solely on weight training for the purpose of weight gaining. In reality, lifting weights is only half of the story of someone who successfully goes from being skinny to muscular.
Now you will get into the normal pushup stance, with the box very close and perform a pushup. On the way back up from the pushup you are going to push with enough strength that your hands come off the floor and you land on the box. This is why we have the box close.
This is what you think is correct or can be carried out. Number two is what your subconscious mind believes to be correct for you. The subconscious mind has been programed by it's daily surroundings and what it has been told to believe from the culture, countries, religions, media, parents and friends.
Where your body sends all the calories that you eat as a result of the adaptations you induced is what counts. And the treadmill never provided the body with a convincing argument to send more nutrients to your pecs and biceps!
But because your body defaults to burning glucose and simple proteins before it burns fat, you need to do more than just cut out sweets or eat lots of protein. To focus the benefit of eating less and to get six pack abs, you need to move to steps 2 and 3 next.
There are many to choose from. Just make sure you take one that does not contain any artificial sweeteners and chemicals in them, including soy. Stay away from soy protein and products in general, as they elevate estrogen levels. Soy-free Vegan proteins such as Vega work just as well as whey protein/casein protein.
Strength endurance fibers are trained using 9-20 reps. Endurance fibers are trained by using many repetitions, say 50 to 100. At each workout train the three exercises I suggested, but rotate which muscle fibers you are training with each exercise. This will spoil the internal functioning of your body and your external appearance will also be hampered. Also you need to makes sure that you gain muscle mass up to a certain limit. Because too much of this will make you look ugly.
The strength exercise is incomplete without the proper dumbbells and these Bowflex dumbbells are just the solution of this. Consider going for the dumbbells to make your figure take the right shape and fitness.
