Caveman training has really caught on in mixed martial arts circles. It combines old school strength training with traditional exercise to formulate one hell of a full body workout. Although traditionally developed for athletes, it has been expanded for all types of people to help them accomplish all types of goals.
You must be very clear about how you want the end result to be. Make sure that you are going to the gym for the right reasons. The reasons must be purposeful to you and to you only. It is by not having enough valuable purpose attached to fitness goals that girls, biceps and bodybuilding do not mix. What do you want out of the gym? Do you want to build big muscles or do you just want to tone your body? What do you really want?
If have a sudden weight loss, then it is imperative visit your doctor for a full check up because you could be suffering from serious medical conditions such as cancer or stomach ulcers or other dangerous diseases that can cause the sudden loss of weight.
Many people notice that they are able to train with much more intensity if the complete their workout routines to build muscle during the early morning. I personally fit into this category. If I were to train at a regular gym, I would need to get up at an ungodly hour, but thanks to my home gym, I awake only one hour earlier than normal; I get home from work much earlier also.
